Tumentsatsal Barsbold is the Chief Executive Officer of Unet Consulting LLC. With nine years of experience spanning banking, finance, technology, and manufacturing, she has built strong expertise in research, financial analysis, financial modeling, and project management across Mongolia and international markets.

She began her career in the Credit Division of Golomt Bank, where she conducted in-depth research across more than 10 industries, mapped value chain structures, assessed key risks, and performed financial analyses for over 80 major Mongolian companies—playing a pivotal role in credit decision-making. At Khan Bank, she led a large-scale internet banking implementation project, contributing significantly to the successful launch of digital services that reached 1.9 million users.

Tumentsatsal holds a master’s degree in International Finance from the University of Amsterdam. Through her studies, she developed deep expertise in global finance and digital financial services. Her international experience includes business environment analysis and business model development, having provided consulting services to startups in the Netherlands, South Africa, and Myanmar. Prior to joining Unet Consulting, she served as Head of Finance and Investment at Gobi JSC, where she led and executed the company’s financial strategy, driving key investment decisions and business growth.

Tumentsatsal Barsbold also serves as a lecturer and consultant at the University of Finance and Economics.

Murun Ulziibaatar is an economist, statistician, researcher, and data analyst with over seven years of experience in banking, finance, and economics, specializing in strategic decision-making, data analysis, and research.

He began his career at Golomt Bank in 2018, where he led the bank’s economic research unit, conducting major studies focused on both international and domestic markets. He played a key role in Golomt Bank’s first-ever IPO and the issuance of a bond in the international capital market—the first of its kind in over a decade—both of which marked historic milestones in the financial sector.

In addition, he has actively worked on educating general public, as well as advising professional investors, and decision makers on financial and economic matters, providing expert insights and strategic guidance. Under his leadership, his economic research team conducted extensive macroeconomic and financial studies, while he played a pivotal role in advancing data analysis and automation.

With deep expertise in technological advancements and data analytics, he developed the core system of Unet Innovations LLC, driving data-driven innovative solutions.

Today, he continues to leverage his expertise in finance and economics while serving as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Unet Innovations LLC.

Tsogtsaikhan Batnasan has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Unet Solution LLC since July 2024. He is a young, skilled leader with 7 years of experience in the banking and financial sectors.

He began his career at Golomt Bank, where he worked as a Business Analyst, Coordinator for the Open Bank project, International Payments Project Analyst, and Digital Credit Project Business Analyst. Additionally, he worked for one year as the Business Development Manager in the Fintech sector.

Today, he leads the operations of Unet Solution LLC, driving the introduction of innovative solutions to the market and propelling the organization’s development to new heights.

Mr. Nyambayar Enkhbat has been appointed as the Director of Business Development at Unet Financial Group since April 2024, and as the Chief Executive Officer of Unet Securities SC LLC since September 2024. He is a skilled manager and expert with 9 years of experience in banking, finance, and project management.

He began his career at Tavan Bogd Group. Since 2017, he has worked at Golomt Bank, successfully managing relationships and partnerships across all business levels, including Retail, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, and Corporate sectors. He has experience in launching market-driven products and services by combining traditional and digital solutions to meet customer needs. Additionally, he has worked as a team member and coordinator in both domestic and international projects, gaining expertise in effective project management. Since 2019, he has focused on sustainable financing, working on research projects and contributing to the growth of the green economy.

Today, he leads Unet Securities SC LLC, driving the organization’s growth and ensuring its sustainable development.

Enkhjargal Bayanjargal has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Unet Credit NBFI since November 2024. She is a skilled professional with 19 years of continuous experience in the banking and financial sectors.

She began her career in 2005 as a Loan Officer at the Card Center of Golomt Bank and has held various positions, including Senior Loan Officer and Corporate Manager at the Corporate Banking Division. During this time, she successfully participated in the CardPro program implementation project, contributing to the improvement of the bank’s card system.

Today, she leads Unet Credit NBFI, driving efforts to create financial value based on customer trust and guiding the company’s operations with a strong focus on excellence.

Munkhjargal Batkhuyag graduated from University of Finance and Economics with a degree in Financial Management and has nine years of continuous experience in the banking, finance, and investment sectors.

She began her career at Golomt Bank in the Credit Department, where she conducted business and credit risk assessments for corporate clients, performed financial analysis, and prepared industry research reports. She later served as a Senior Corporate Manager in the Corporate Banking Division, delivering comprehensive banking services to major Mongolian corporations. During this time, she was a key member of the project team that successfully executed the initial public offerings (IPOs) of Tumen Shuvuut JSC, Mandal Daatgal JSC, and Golomt Bank on the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

In 2024, she founded Unet Securities SC LLC, a subsidiary of Unet Financial Group, and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Since 2026, she has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Unet Asset Management LLC.

Bat-Erdene Munkhtsetseg served as Chief Executive Officer of Unet Asset Management starting from April 2024 and, as of 2026, has been appointed Chief Risk Officer of Unet Financial Group.

She has 11 years of experience in the banking and financial sector. During her tenure at Golomt Bank, she held positions including Risk Manager, Auditor, Compliance Specialist, and Senior Manager. Throughout this period, she successfully implemented compliance systems aligned with international standards and led major investment projects. She also served as a team leader in business planning, performance monitoring, and system implementation initiatives.

Since 2020, she has been active in the capital markets sector, specializing in asset management and risk management. She is currently a CFA candidate and is committed to introducing modern knowledge and international best practices into the industry.

Today, she oversees risk management strategy at the group level, defining enterprise-wide risk frameworks and fostering a culture of sustainable growth and disciplined risk governance.

Munkh-Otgon Mangal has been serving as the Chief Sales Officer of Unet Financial Group since August 2025. She has a professional background in journalism and finance and is a seasoned executive with 18 years of experience in customer service, human resources, and sales across the media, banking, and financial sectors.

She began her career at the “Mongoliin Unen” newspaper and, starting in 2011, worked at Golomt Bank’s Head Branch in customer service and sales. During this time, she made significant contributions to aligning financial products and services with customer needs and enhancing service quality.

Since 2020, she has been responsible for asset management and sales at the Shangri-La branch of Invescore Financial Group, where she successfully implemented customer-centric and efficient solutions, led teams, and gained extensive management experience.

Currently, she is responsible for defining the sales policy and strategy of Unet Financial Group, implementing initiatives aimed at strengthening market competitiveness and increasing customer value.

Mr. Gurbazar Galbadrakh has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Unet Financial Group from February 2024. He is a skilled leader with 12 years of experience in the banking and financial sectors.

He began his career in 2012 as a Financial Officer at the W Marriott Grosvenor House hotel in London and then spent 10 years at Golomt Bank, holding positions such as Financial Specialist, Senior Financial Manager, and Head of Financial Planning and Pricing Department. During this time, he successfully contributed to projects such as Oracle BI, AQR, and IFR9, and led the IPO project team. Additionally, he served as a Chief Financial Officer in the Fintech sector.

Today, he leads financial management at Unet Financial Group, driving the organization’s financial strategy and ensuring its effective implementation.

Mr. Telmen Erdenebileg co-founded “Unet Financial Group” and was appointed as a board member in 2024. He is a highly influential expert in his field, with over 20 years of experience working with national and international financial institutions, development aid and humanitarian projects.

Currently, he serves as a Head of Exploration at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), where he is successfully leading efforts to introduce new technologies and innovative methodologies to address Mongolia’s development challenges. Throughout his career, Mr. Telmen has held key positions in major organizations such as the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Save the Children (STC), the Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) and Golomt Bank, playing a leading role in banking and finance, private sector development and humanitarian aid. He is widely recognized as an expert in strategic leadership, particularly in advancing sustainable development, economic growth and social well-being.

Mr. Telmen holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford (UK), an MBA from the National University of Mongolia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Myagmardorj is one of the co-founders of Unet Financial Group and has served  as the Group’s Chief Executive Officer since 2024. With over 17 years of experience in the banking, finance, and investment sectors, he is a recognized expert in the industry.

He began his career at Golomt Bank in 2007, spending five years in the retail banking sector, where he gained extensive experience in customer service, product development, and sales. Since 2012, he has worked in the corporate banking sector for 12 years, successfully implementing strategic research and sales initiatives. Over the past three years, he has led the bank’s corporate business, overseeing major development projects through banking, finance, and capital markets.

Since 2019, he has been working as an investment and management consultant in the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector, identifying new business opportunities and successfully leading projects that add value to the economy.

Today, he is overseeing the strategic management of Unet Financial Group, driving the creation of shared value in the financial sector.

Mr. Badral Dandar has founded Unet Financial Group in 2023 and has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2024.

He has over 20 years of experience in the banking and financial sectors, capital markets, and project management. During his tenure as Deputy CEO of Golomt Bank, he made significant contributions to the bank’s continuous business growth, risk management, and market innovation. Under his leadership, Golomt Bank became a publicly listed company on Mongolia’s capital market and played a crucial role in the bank’s steady expansion within the financial sector.
