Unet Credit NBFI LLC Successfully Raised MNT 2.7 Billion Through the Over-the-Counter Market

Unet Credit NBFI LLC, in cooperation with Invescor Capital Securities LLC, successfully raised MNT 2.7 billion through the over-the-counter (OTC) market in full compliance with the Company Law, the Securities Market Law, and relevant regulations of the Financial Regulatory Commission (FRC) and the Mongolian Association of Securities Dealers.

Under this program, Unet Credit NBFI LLC obtained approval to issue 5,000 debt instruments with a nominal value of MNT 1,000,000 each, targeting a total investment of MNT 5.0 billion. The program is being implemented in two phases and offered to investors on a private placement basis in the OTC market.

In the first phase, debt instruments totaling MNT 2.7 billion were offered to investors through a private placement and were successfully fully subscribed, achieving a 100% completion rate.
