The “CNBC Changemakers Summit 2026” was successfully held, with Unet Financial Group participating and exchanging insights on industry trends and development opportunities.
The event brought together leading developers in the real estate and financial sectors, domestic and international investors, banking and financial institutions, policymakers, and representatives of international organizations in one comprehensive forum.
During the summit, participants shared practical and valuable insights into the current state of Mongolia’s real estate market, its short- and mid-term trends, challenges faced by developers, success stories, and the detailed processes behind how real transactions are executed.
In addition, under the theme “REIT System: A New Engine for Investment,” discussions highlighted new investment opportunities based on real estate. Key topics included the mid-term outlook of Mongolia’s real estate market, global architectural trends, and modern urban planning solutions.
During the panel discussion, Mr. D. Badral, Chairman of the Board of Unet Financial Group, expressed the company’s position to support the REIT law once enacted and to contribute to its implementation by establishing a REIT fund.
